The virtual summit will be held on the same date as previously announced, from 14-17 October 2020.
Virtual SIBS is set to promote and facilitate international trade between businesses and to provide a platform for companies to expand into the new markets in a new way of the norm – tapping into broader business market in an online experience. The four-day virtual summit will comprise of an exhibition, conference and webinar sessions featuring Selangor International Expo, Selangor ASEAN Business Conference and Selangor Smart City & Digital Economy Convention. Offering borderless, one of a kind exhibition and conference like never before, Virtual SIBS brings together global brands and congregating industry players from around the world to help business players reset and reboot while providing valuable knowledge-sharing, networking and business matching sessions catered to all visitors. A: With thoughtful consultation among leaders and partners, SIBS made the decision to transit SIBS2020’s physical exhibition and conference into a virtual platform. This was felt to be the best and safest course of action after careful consideration involving COVID-19 pandemic developments.

A: At the current moment, SIBS Virtual will be hosting only an exhibition, conference and webinar series featuring the Selangor International Expo, Selangor ASEAN Business Conference and Selangor Smart City & Digital economy Convention. Selangor R&D And Innovation Expo will resume in SIBS2021 next year.
